God is always in Control…

God is always in Control…  To totally depend on any other source or resource to set you free from pornography is making a huge mistake … it’s like saying that God can’t be trusted to do what he promised to do through the blood of His Son Jesus Christ. That there is another way which is greater than Jesus and that only”it” is capable of giving you what you need to break free. What sort of testimony is that is to give to an unsaved world?

God is always in Control… In order to defend and protect yourself you waste your money on courses, programs, books, etc but if your freedom is dependant upon books and technology, then what will you have to say concerning the glory of God?

God is always in Control…  God is allowing pornography to subdue the church not because it has more power or influence, but to awaken the church from its slumber to the backsliding, or idolatress worship of the Canaanite’s god, Baal-Peor.

God is always in Control… He hasn’t forsaken His covenant with us or turned His back on our circumstances. His chastisement is proof that He wishes to see no one perish.

God is always in Control… What the devil meant for evil, God will use to accomplish his plan for rebellious believers.  He will turn situations around and others will be blessed and set free by the blood of the Lamb and the words our testimonies.

God is always in Control… If you refuse to heed the warnings that are to be found in scripture then you will continue to live as the Israelites did going from captivity to captivity. He is allowing you to experience what the children of God experienced with the added benefit of knowing the solution…  Biblical Repentance – nothing else!

God is always in Control … A multitude of conflicting solutions, opinions and personal theories to beating pornography has blinded and confused many when the Bible simply says “the Truth shall set you free!”

TRUST GOD, hand it all over to Him, He is the only solutions and He is always in control.

Being a Christian doesn’t stop you from watching Porn….

Being a Christian doesn’t stop you from watching pornography. But watching pornography can stop you from being a Christian, a follower of Jesus Christ.

Pornography is a religious problem, because you have abandoned your accountability to Jesus and lost your fear of God.

If pornography is religious prostitution and you engage it then what does that make YOU!

With so many Christian men taken captive with pornography and their families suffering as a direct result, the question that nobody seems to be asking is this – ” Is God chastising the Church for not driving out the Canaanites gods?

Provoking thought, but when you consider that each time the Israelites went whoring after the Baal’s God handed them over to their idols to be taken captive, for doing evil.

God doesn’t take it lightly when His children are found worshipping at the altar of the Canaanite god Baal-Peor.

God has made it very clear numerous times throughout scripture how His children are to deal with this perverted, rebellious group.

Numbers 33 52 Then ye shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you, and destroy all their pictures, and destroy all their molten images, and quite pluck down all their high places: Interestingly, only the KJV uses the word pictures. Pictures that are designed to torment the mind, create sexual excitement that promote fornication and perversion, that pay homage and give worship to Baal-Peor… in other words PORNOGRAPHY.

Is God Chastising the Church?

With so many Christian men taken captive with pornography and their families suffering as a direct result, the question that nobody seems to be asking is this – ” Is God chastising the Church for not driving out the Canaanites of today”?

Provoking thought, but when you consider that each time the Israelites went whoring after the Baals, God handed them over to their idols to be taken captive, as was the case in Judges 4 1-2  Notice that the Lord SOLD THEM into captivity for doing evil. God doesn’t take it lightly when His children are found worshipping at the altar of the Canaanite gods, ie. Baal-Peor.

Canaan was the grandson of Noah who the curse was pronounced (Gen 9 25) and the ancestor of the various tribes which settled in the land named after him. They indulged in demon-worship, child sacrifice, cannibalism, sexual perversion, etc in the secrecy of their groves and shrines. God has made it very clear numerous times throughout scripture how His children are to deal with this perverted, rebellious group. It may seem harsh treatment but that’s what God required to stop our sons and daughters from being led astray and to stop worshipping false Canaanite gods, Deut 7 1-6. As was the case in Numbers 25. God took this so seriously that he commanded His people from marrying and mingling with the devil-worshipping Canaanites Exodus 33 16. This command is still in force today.

The Canaanites aren’t a bygone folklore or disappeared with the sands of time. As God warned they would spread their corruption, terror and devastation wherever they settled Jeremiah 24:9. They became the Phoenicians, great seafarers and merchants who travelled the world spreading their culture, lifestyle and perverted religion. Later on the Venetians who specialised in commerce and banking then moved on as the Black Nobility who infiltrated the top families in Europe to push their Agenda on the global scene.

The whole earth today is living under the influence of the Canaanites poison. They run and control the banking and financial systems, control the government’s through their elite-secret societies. Have gained a foot hold in our churches by bringing us all together under the “Ecumenical movement” which is just a religious tower of Babel in disguise. Influencing all social aspects of our daily life with their think-tanks working hard together and coming up with ideas on how to bring you down without being aware that’s its actually happening.

The child- sacrificing Canaanites are the true enemies of God’s children and will keep conspiring until they totally eliminate us all. Canaan was so wicked that his last will and testament to his children was a formula for our ruin.

It read, “Love one another (that is, of this tribe only), love robbery, love lewdness, hate your masters, and do not speak the truth.” This remarkable document, the Will of Canaan, is to be found in only one place in all the world’s theological literature, the Babylonian Talmud Pes 113b.

No matter how hard they try to shield their identity away from us they cannot hide the image of their father/Satan from manifesting. They are leading the world in total rebellion towards God, and until we learn to understand and recognise what they do and why they do it we will continue to suffer at their plots.

Exodus 33  55 But if ye will not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you; then it shall come to pass, that those which ye let remain of them shall be pricks in your eyes, and thorns in your sides, and shall vex you in the land wherein ye dwell.

56 Moreover it shall come to pass, that I shall do unto you, as I thought to do unto them.

Deuteronomy 4   3 Your eyes have seen what the Lord did because of Baalpeor: for all the men that followed Baalpeor, the Lord thy God hath destroyed them from among you.

Chilling scripture, but is this the price that the church is paying today for following the Canaanite idols and ignoring the word of God?

From Apathy to Victory

Here is Andrew’s latest Blog…

At a recent bible week in my church, the visiting Pastor was preaching on a series by the name ‘From Apathy to Victory’.  It is so truly important that we as Christians step out of apathy and into victory.

This is particularly important to men as opposed to women because a man’s attitude can affect his whole family. I recently saw a statistic from an Irish Christian group which stated that if a child gets saved there is only a 3.5% chance of the family following, if the mother gets saved there is only a 17% chance, but the probability of a family following the father to faith in the Lord is a staggering 93%! Meaning that the majority of those whose father gets saved will follow him to salvation! What responsibility we have as husbands and fathers!

So imagine the damage we can cause if this responsibility is misused.

If a man is watching porn or worse, committing adultery on his wife, how much damage will he do to the whole family unit? How much does that reduce the chances of his children seeing the Lord as the great Father he is? What effect will this have on a daughter in life when she thinks this is how low her value is? How low will it bring a son’s view on women?

Apathy is a dangerous thing and it’s a slow fade from the odd peek at the Page 3 girl or watching an inappropriate movie, to porn and then the death of a family’s faith! We as men and women of God need to stand up and take our faith seriously! We need to put to death anything which stands in our way or holds us back from God’s victory in our lives no matter how small!

Day 23 – Heart, Soul & Mind!

Matthew 22:36-38 – Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the law?  Jesus said to him,”You should love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment”

love the lord

God is a good Father, He loves to give good things to His children. When we pray we ask Him to provide for us, not just our “daily bread” but also for things like wisdom, knowledge, understanding, strength, etc.  But do we ever give a thought to what He would want from us? We long for our own children to love us back, maybe God would like that too!

Do you show Him how much you love Him? Do you love Him with ALL our heart, soul and mind.

When I really thought about these verses I asked myself “Is that possible? Can I really love God with ALL my heart, soul and mind? What does that really mean?” So I decided to research the definition of each:

The Heart

The heart is full of powerful affections and desires which long to be fulfilled. Our hearts long to cling to something or someone, so wherever your affections lie, then your heart will be there also. Jesus says: “Wherever your treasure is, there your heart will be also” Matthew 6:21. He is saying here that the heart loves what it treasures, so if we want to fulfil the first part of the Greatest Commandment, then we need to treasure God above all else.

When I looked at my own life, past and present, I realised that I was dwelling on past hurts, and sometimes when we do this, it’s hard to allow Jesus into that area of pain because we fear that if we surrender these to Him, we will become vulnerable and have our hearts broken again. However, 1 John 4:18 says “There is no fear in love, but perfect love drives out all fear”

Real love is hard work, but when we choose to love God with ALL our heart, then we will find it easier to forgive, to support one another, to see past the faults and still choose love no matter what. This is especially important in our marriages.

Love carries us through the storms of life even when all hell seems to be against us!

The Soul

The soul defines our personality and identity, it’s at our core.  It’s what we choose to put our “core” values into.

Things like how we choose to spend our time, our money. What we read, or watch on TV. It is said that the eyes are the windows to the soul. How do we choose to relax.  What brings us comfort in difficult times? All these choices reveal how much we love God from our soul.

When we marry, we make a covenant with God and to our spouse to love for better or for worse, richer or poorer, sickness and in health til death us do part. To show God we love Him with ALL our soul, we have to choose to obey Him and keep our covenants to Him.

However, God does allow a way out if your spouse commits adultery or if lives are in danger, so you don’t have to live in situations such as domestic violence or adulterous affairs.

So to love Him from the soul is to honour and obey Him in the way we live every day.

“If you love me, you will do as I command” John 14:15

The Mind

Our minds are filled with pictures, images, words and thoughts which are continually ongoing and probably endless until the day we die.  So much of our lives are lived through our minds. We even have conversations with ourselves through our minds. When we pray, either silently, or aloud, we do so through our minds. Isaiah 1:18 “Come now let us reason together” saith the Lord. God will also give us pictures and visions in our minds.

Sometimes, when it comes to loving God, our hearts love first and our minds take a while longer to reason or understand, then will catch up with what the heart has received.

Hebrews 10:16 “I will put my laws in their heart and I will write them in their minds”

To come close to loving God with all our minds, we need to meditate on His word so it becomes engrafted in our hearts and written in our minds.  His truth will cause us to love Him more and more.

The devil will try to mess with our minds. He will try to fill us with negative thoughts and sow seeds of doubt and offence. There is a constant battle going on for our minds!

Romans 12:2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

To triumph over these kinds of thoughts, we should instead choose to remember God’s loving kindness, patience, peace, faithfulness and mercy. This is how we “renew” our minds daily.  He has given us wonderful dreams, desires and imaginations.

Philippians 4:8 “Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honourable and right. Think about things that are pure and lovely and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise”

The mind is our logic, our thought life, where we can allow seeds to be sown for good or for evil.  So to love God with all your mind means to meditate on God’s word and choose to renew our minds constantly with pure and loving and honourable thoughts.

As we choose to think like this, we are well on our way to loving God with ALL our mind.

“Choice” the power, right or liberty to choose.  Did you notice that it is our “choice” to love?

Every morning when we wake up, we need to discipline ourselves to go to our spiritual wardrobe and “put on” love from our hearts, our souls and our minds. To choose to treasure God above all else, we need to clothe ourselves with an attitude and lifestyle which honours God, to be obedient and keep our covenants with Him and read His word and renew our minds with loving and honourable thoughts.
