Pornography a cover for Terrorism.

Question: What is the main motivation that gets you out of a warm and comfortable bed in the morning to put in a typical 8-12 hr shift.  Is it to pay the bills and keep a roof over your head, kids to feed and educate, and hopefully a little bit left over to enjoy treats and holidays with.

Now a pornography film set is the last place you would expect to find terrorists hanging out but when one reporter paid a visit to a porn set and asked the same question to those so-called “porn stars” the reply that he got was not what he expected.  Read the full article  Triple-exthnics.

So when you are motivated to get out of bed and go to work because of a pure inbred hatred towards a particular group of people i.e. the Christian religion and actually class yourself as a spiritual freedom fighter/ terrorist that changes the dynamics. Through their own admission they have label themselves as extremists and that’s dangerous for us. They have placed themselves in the same category of people as ISIS, IRA, ETA, FARC and every other terrorist group whose has caused death and destruction to humanity through immoral subversion.

These “actors” don’t perform in suicide vests but then they don’t have to because its all spiritual warfare. Every porno film they preform in is an act of terrorism against Christianity. If you as a believer a follower of Jesus Christ watches a porn movie that is equivalent to a bomb blast going off in your home your fellowship and the fallout will be felt far and wide and the consequences lasting for ages.

They don’t care for you, your Christian wife, your Christian kids, your Christian faith, your Christian morals, your Christian principles, your Christian church, your way of life the cross or Christ himself.

Porn is a spawn straight from the pit of hell and there is an agenda against you and everything that you hold dear to. Your faith has made you a target and you are being tracked and hunted down by the pornography ind and you aren’t even aware of it. Don’t become pornography’s next casualty.

Saul The Presumptuous

In 1 Samuel 15 King Saul has finally crossed the line with God. There is no turning back at this point, he has proven himself incapable of leadership over God’s chosen people.

He had been given such a privileged position as the first king of Israel with only one person above him – God. Not only had the laws of God been clearly outlined by Moses for him, but he even had a prophet of God giving him direct instruction, but yet he still couldn’t follow the path God had laid out for him.

On this occasion the orders were very simple – war against the Amalekites and do not leave anyone or take anything for yourself. Without getting into the complexity of this war and why it was necessary, the simple truth was that these wicked people would never let the Israelite’s live as long as any of them remained and they were so wicked God didn’t even want their tainted possessions to remain.

When Saul went into battle God blessed him with victory and yet he went on ahead taking both the leader of the Amalekites (Agag) and all the best animals, only getting rid of what no-one would want. But God is not fooled! He was so grieved by these constant acts of disobedience that he repented of ever making him king. He had turned away from Saul as a leader and so Samuel, God’s Prophet, would deliver this message for him.

From the moment Samuel arrived, Saul had excuses and lies for what he had done. First, he straight up ignored the bleating of the sheep and lowing of the cattle and simply lied saying “I have done God’s will” knowing full well he had not.

Next, he blamed the people for taking the animals, saying he was afraid to disobey them, and that they were being sacrificed to the Lord anyway.

But Samuel reminded Saul that the Lord had placed him in leadership and it was he who had flown upon the spoil. In 1 Samuel 15:22-23 he reminded him God cares not for possessions or sacrifices, He wants us to listen and obey. This Saul consistently failed to do. Verse 23 says Saul’s sin was bitter rebellion and arrogant stubbornness or better worded “presumptuousness”.

This is a perfect description of Saul’s rule, as all he seems to do is completely rebel against what God asks him to do and then stubbornly push the boundaries to fit in what he wants or presumes God may want. This in the end stripped Saul of everything and left him incapable of leading God’s people all because he couldn’t be lead and he didn’t obey God. In the end Saul lost everything he had taken from the Amalekites.

How many of us are like this? How many blame everyone else and make up all these same excuses and reasons to cover up our sin? The truth is, our rebellious, arrogant and stubborn hearts want to have things their own way and presume God’s law to suit ourselves when we don’t want to hear the truth. Many churches out there are ignoring the word of God right in front of them and presuming their own decision for God.

Sexual sin is wrong in all forms and we must not delude ourselves. If it’s in God’s word, we must follow it or face the consequences, finding ourselves distanced from God and His will for our lives. We could lose so much more than the possessions and wealth of this world as a result.

A church disobeying God or “turning a blind eye” may gain members and popularity, but if it’s not leading the people in God’s will, it will end up like Saul in the end.

What you do with the Bible determines what God will do with you. Proverbs 13:13 says “Whoso despiseth the word shall be destroyed: but he that feareth the commandment shall be rewarded”

Your Brain on Porn…Really!

Romans 1 28  And since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them over to a debased mind to do things that ought not to be done.  

A debased mind, a depraved mind, a reprobate mind, a based mind, a condemned mind, a foolish mind, a sinful mind, a corrupted mind, a defective mind – these are all descriptions that you will find in other translations of this popular scripture. Even if you don’t understand every definition, I think that you can pick up what the scripture is getting at.

Gary Wilson’s Tedx talk is a good presentation, so good that you could almost believe it.  I’m not attacking Gary Wilson nor do I have any major problem with his work because what he presented at Tedx is what I would expect to hear from secular education. None of these institutes are Christ-friendly and seize every opportunity to draw the truth away from the bible – like Darwin vs Creation, AI vs God.

What I do have a major issue with here is when believers, church leaders and especially faith-based ministries start teaching that pornography reshapes, rewires, reprograms your brain when 2000 years ago Romans 1 28 tells us it’s God who withdraws his protection from over your life and it is He who “gave them over to a debased mind”. This process doesn’t happen overnight but as you go deeper into pornography, He gradually removes His presence and peace and then reluctantly allows your sin to consume you whether it be porn, alcohol, money, drugs, food, materialism.  Most men then start to believe that they have formed an addiction but God has handed them over to captivity for rejecting His word.

We have no idea how faithful God is. God will contend and put up with us as long as we are truly and honestly trying to overcome, but God will not be mocked if you insist on having your sin and hardening your heart to His Holy Spirit. The time will come when you will give God no choice but to surrender you over to the power of the enemy:

Romans 1; 24 Therefore God gave them up in the lusts of their hearts to impurity to the dishonouring of their bodies among themselves, because they exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshipped and served the creature rather than the creator”

God handed the Israelites over to bondage whenever they went whoring after false gods.  Why should He be any different with us?

Numbers 11, 19-20 “you shall not eat one day two days nor 5 days nor 10 days but you shall eat it a whole month until it comes out of your ears” 

So what God is saying  in this verse is, if you want it more than me have as much of it as you can handle. So when you have those images 24/7 tormenting you in your mind, it’s not just pornography that’s changing your brain.  It’s a warning that God’s presence and protection is starting to be removed from your life.

God presence gives us a sound mind: 2 Tim 17 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind

Gods removes His presence as we are: Rom 1 29-30 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, 30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents.

If by some miraculous event an ancient Israelite were to appear here today among us, he wouldn’t be concerned about your brain on pornography or recommending a self- help course for you to break free. He would recognise in a heart-beat the influence of Baal Peor and the religious conductive atmosphere that the whole earth is forced to live under today. As God warned they would spread their corruption, terror and devastation wherever they settled. Jeremiah 24:9. I will make them abhorrent and an offence to all the kingdoms of the earth, a reproach and a byword, a curse[c] and an object of ridicule, wherever I banish them.

Through scripture I hope you can see who is really in control.
